1. La Paz, Bolivia

Most subways are on – or under – the ground. Have you ever experienced a subway in the sky? La Paz has a subway system that brings you from the heights of El Alto to the depths of all the city has to offer. Yes, that’s a tour by cable car.
While visiting La Paz, you will see the mountain of Illimani from just about anywhere – usually topped with snow. If you are looking for adventure, hiking the mountain of Illimani can prove to give you some memories you won’t soon forget, not to mention the bragging rights you’ll receive. Or, you can always go mountain biking on Death Road, considered the “world’s deadliest road.” It is sure to be an exhilarating experience.
Besides the scenery and adventure, La Paz is full of dining, nightlife, shopping, and museums to explore.
2. Tallinn, Estonia
Located on the Baltic Sea, Tallinn* is the capital of Estonia and loves attention from tourists. It is bright and beautiful with a lot of history to uncover and explore. This city is small and can be traveled by foot, but its cultural vibes are far from small.
If Tallinn is somewhere you want to go to create a memorable vacation, then you will want to adventure through the old town of Tallinn. Pastel-colored buildings line the streets spewing with medieval architecture and reminisce. You will find craft shops and galleries, featuring everything from jewelry and fabrics to all wide array of artwork, both on canvas and off. Take in the exceptional beauty of the whole city. Explore the castles, the towers, and the underground walkways. There is always something to see.
Estonia was held under tight rule from the Nazi’s and the Soviet Union until 1991. After struggles ensued, it has emerged as a beautiful and welcoming city that is sure to delight.
3. Vinales, Cuba
Now that travel has opened up to Cuba*, all of the beauty that you have missed can now be experienced. In fact, it is as if time stood still and waited for you – with streets lined with classic cars, go horseback riding through the valley, visit the tobacco farms and agricultural area, or explore the caves of Cuevas de Santo Tomas on foot or by boat.
This up and coming area provides a great escape (especially from Havana, which is only about 2.5 hours away). With local shops, dining, and scenery, you will be glad you visited this city on the island.

5. Phuket Province, Thailand
Phuket* is a large island off the west coast of Thailand. It is a land of beautiful adventure by day and a happening nightlife when the sun goes down. So, no matter what you are looking for on your next vacation, you are likely to find it here.
Phuket offers many excursions. For example, you can choose to go scuba diving, elephant trekking, adventure rafting, or visit the aquarium, golf, or take a Zumba or cooking class.
