How do you Hawaii? Consider doing it the Diamond way.
Diamond Resorts recently announced it acquired The Modern Honolulu, a boutique hotel in the heart of Waikiki. The resort is Diamond’s first managed property on Oahu and third in Hawaii. (Diamond Resorts also manages The Point at Poipu on Kauai and Ka’anapali Beach Club on Maui.)
That’s three islands that members can experience with Diamond Resorts. Plus, as part of an affiliate agreement with the Royal Kona Resort, Diamond members also have an opportunity to use their points to book vacations on the Big Island. So really, that’s four islands.
Ready to island hop with Diamond Resorts for your next Hawaii vacation?
All of Diamond’s properties in Hawaii are fantastic and provide members a true taste of the Aloha spirit. Rated a Forbes Travel Four-Star hotel, The Modern Honolulu will be one of Diamond’s premier destinations.
It offers members and guests immediate access to Waikiki Beach, and world-class shopping and dining on Famed Kalakaua Avenue and at Ala Moana Center. The Modern Honolulu features chic design and modern Hawaiian vibe, ocean and marina views, multiple food and beverage offerings, a full-service spa and two swimming pools.
Diamond Resorts intends to make several enhancements to the resort, including opening a world-class sales center providing the company with new owner sales opportunities and a gateway to the Japanese, Asian and Australasian markets. The Modern has also commenced a search to re-launch its chic restaurant with a new operator, and Diamond Resorts intends to commence a repositioning plan to gradually convert guest rooms into larger suites to deliver a more robust vacation ownership experience.
