We’re putting a more straightforward focus on what we do best: Delivering unforgettable experiences. And we’re doing it with a refined brand promise to help members make a habit of breaking from the routine.
At Diamond Resorts, we knew it was time for a change, so today we are excited to unveil our newly enhanced brand featuring our shortened name, updated logo and more familiar language.
To help create the new look, we researched and evaluated our Diamond Resorts name, logo and product. Members, guests, team members and businesses partners were interviewed for feedback, and we examined our website, communications and media coverage. We then used that essential qualitative research to create the modern, refreshed brand.
One of the most prominent changes you may notice is that we have dropped “International” from our name. During their research, the company determined the Diamond Resorts name is inherently associated with a strong global company, so there was no need to keep “International” at the end.
You may also notice our simplified logo and more modern aesthetic. We updated our website today and will be strategically updating all other items, including printed materials, as they need to be replaced or repurchased, so as not to affect budgets.
Our goal is to continue delivering the same exceptional service and once-in-a-lifetime experiences our members know, but in an easier, more comfortable way.
So, even as things on the outside change, our commitment to helping members take time out for the people and things that matter most in life remains the same.
